This industrial commercial project in Nampa, Idaho included the new construction of a 11,000/sf industrial improvement as well as renovation of an existing 27,000/sf industrial improvement.

The new 11,000/sf industrial improvement included new concrete foundation, steel structure and steel roof construction.

​

On the 27,000/sf existing industrial improvement renovation we complete interior upgrades to include partitions, office improvements and insulated garage door panels.
