This custom home addition was completed in Meridian, Idaho.  The client wanted a spacious separate living area that was to be connected to the existing main residence.

The custom designed and constructed addition offers a 1 bed/1 bath space with custom kitchen and spacious bathroom.  It also offers room for laundry and storage.

The fully sized kitchen has custom white cabinets and counter-tops with white tile backsplash and finished with new stainless steel appliances.   The bathroom offers a custom vanity cabinet and counter-top along with a walk-in soaker tub.

The two-car garage also added additional covered parking to accommodate the additional occupants of the new space.
