This turnkey sunroom addition included full design, engineering, and construction. I installed structural footings beneath the existing patio and framed a new enclosed living space with roof trusses and a 50-year architectural shingle roof.
The sunroom features multiple windows, French doors, board-and-batten finishes, recessed LED lighting, and full insulation. Interior and exterior finishes were completed to seamlessly match the existing home, creating a functional year-round living space.
