Located in Boise’s North End, this turnkey ADU project included a 600 sq. ft. garage with a 600 sq. ft. two-bedroom living space above. We managed the full approval process, including zoning, engineering, and permitting.

The build features custom cabinetry, full tile showers, Moen fixtures, and a custom wrought iron staircase. Exterior work included landscaping with artificial turf and rock, creating a low-maintenance rental-ready property.
